  5. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthdays are strictly forbidden if they have not been discussed in advance with the host.
  6. Make sure all windows are closed before leaving.
  7. Non-smoking apartment. In case of violation, a one-time penalty fee.
  8. Late check-out is subject to an additional fee of EUR 15 per hour.
  9. Parking, if available, is charged as an additional fee of EUR 15/day, unless otherwise agreed in the description.
